Questions about the trial.

Should I sign up direct or through Microsoft Marketplace?

Both get you the same product on the same 30-day trial. Pick direct if you want to be running inside the hour and prefer to be billed by us. Pick Microsoft Marketplace if your org standardizes procurement through Microsoft or you want the subscription on your existing Microsoft invoice.

Do I need to enter a credit card?

No. Neither path asks for a card during the 30-day trial. If you convert, you'll add billing at that point — either directly with us or through your Microsoft agreement, depending on the path you chose.

Is the trial limited in any way?

No feature gates, no employee caps, no throttled exports. You get the same product paying customers run — just on a 30-day clock.

What happens to my data if I don't convert?

Your tenant is suspended and your data is retained per our privacy policy so you can export it on the way out. We don't pull the rug the second the trial ends.

Who in my organization can install it?

A Microsoft 365 global admin (or someone they delegate) installs Training Hub 365 from Microsoft Marketplace. After that, day-to-day admin lives inside the app.
