- Usage Data: Log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you access the Service.

- Authenticate users through Azure Active Directory
- Store and display training compliance data as directed by your organization

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including Azure SQL Database and Azure Static Web Apps. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Data Ownership
Your organization retains full ownership of all employee data, training records, and compliance information entered into the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your organizational data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with the following third-party services:
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory: For user authentication and single sign-on.
- Microsoft Azure: For hosting, data storage, and serverless compute.
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Microsoft Azure complies with EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States under these safeguards.

- Restrict processing of your personal data
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format)
