How do I sign in?

Training Hub 365 uses your Microsoft work account (Azure Active Directory) for single sign-on. Click Sign In and use your existing Microsoft credentials. No separate account is needed.

How do I add employees?

Go to the Employees page and click Add Employee to add team members individually. For bulk import, use the Excel Import feature: download the template, fill in your data, and upload.

How does the training matrix work?

The training matrix combines role-based course requirements with completed training. Green checks mean completion, grey X marks show gaps, and numbered badges (1-4) display OTJ skill assessment grades.

Can I track external certifications?

Yes. Create a Certification event type and enter the issuing organization, certificate number, and expiration date. The system tracks these alongside your internal training.

How do digital sign-offs work?

When a training event is completed, employees sign using a digital signature pad. A trainer then reviews and countersigns. Both signatures are stored with timestamps for a complete audit trail.

Is my data secure?

Training Hub 365 is built on Microsoft Azure with Azure SQL Database and Azure Static Web Apps. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Authentication is handled by Azure Active Directory.
