If you don't use Microsoft 365: Sign up directly on traininghub365.com. You'll set an email and password, and your admin can invite teammates by email.
If you have Microsoft 365 (Business or Enterprise): No. Training Hub 365 signs everyone in with their existing Microsoft 365 account via Azure Active Directory. Nothing new for IT to manage and no extra passwords for your team.
If you don't use Microsoft 365: No problem. Sign up directly on traininghub365.com and we'll create Training Hub 365 accounts for your team. Your admin invites employees by email and they set their own password — same product, no Microsoft 365 required.

The training matrix combines role-based course requirements with completed training. Green checks mean completion, grey X marks show gaps, and numbered badges (1-4) display OTJ skill assessment grades.
Yes. Create a Certification event type and enter the issuing organization, certificate number, and expiration date. The system tracks these alongside your internal training.
When a training event is completed, employees sign using a digital signature pad. A trainer then reviews and countersigns. Both signatures are stored with timestamps for a complete audit trail.
Training Hub 365 is built on Microsoft Azure with Azure SQL Database and Azure Static Web Apps. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Authentication is handled by Azure Active Directory.
